Style Guide Pro is run by The Redbird Group. This page explains what we collect when you use styleguidepro.com and what we do with it.

Your Papers Stay on Your Computer

Your paper is formatted inside your own web browser. The file is never uploaded to our servers, and we never see, read, or store its contents.

What We Collect

• Your email address and, if you create one, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store the password itself.
• Your subscription details from Stripe, our payment processor: your Stripe customer number, plan, and billing dates. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers.
• If you sign in with Google: your email address and Google account ID, so we can match you to your subscription. We ask Google for nothing else.
• On the monthly plan: how many pages you have formatted this month, plus a shortened version of each paper’s title, so formatting the same paper again does not count twice.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting and security providers (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and stop abuse.

Cookies

We set one cookie that keeps you signed in. Google sets its own cookies when you use the Sign In with Google button, and Stripe does during checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails

We email you only when you ask: sign-in links and password help. Stripe sends receipts. We do not send marketing email.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your information. We share only what these services need to work: Stripe (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), and our hosting and security providers (GoDaddy and Cloudflare).

Your Choices

You can change your password or sign out of every device from your Account page, and cancel any time from Manage Billing. To have your account information deleted, email pastor.feller@gmail.com. Billing records Stripe must keep by law stay with Stripe.
